Good service generally but if I needed a courtesy car I'd have to wait another month. When you're asked to come in for a recall you don't want to have to wait that long to get the fault rectified.

Three trips as one was incorrect tyres delivered so had to return the following day. If this was a one-off, it would be down to human/computer error but the exact same thing happened last year.

All staff are knowledgeable, polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I spoke to the manager and sales staff and have previously dealt with service team. Have received follow up emails offering help if needed.

From start to finish it was a breeze. Sarah was fantastic and kept me up to date throughout and even though there were some issues at the end, they were sorted out swiftly. Jenny from Lancaster was keeping us entertained while we waited.

I would have given 5 stars but I get a little bit annoyed when i am told that any score below 8 indicates a fail for the dealership. If I am totally satisfied then by default I will give an appropriate rating.

Sarah on reception had taken my initial call and was on the service desk when I came in for work to be carried out. She was professional, super kind and friendly and for the duration of my waiting time, she kept me updated regularly. She was amazing!

The main problem is that this mini garage is not in Cambridge. It is highly inconvenient having to trail to cambourne and wait while car is serviced. You have prioritised your costs rather than customer convenience.

Communication was awful - an agreed of 12pm deadline was missed and there was no response to calls or messages for three hours following that. Finally called at 4 to pick up at 5. Arrived and it wasn't going to be ready until the next day.

Sarah Moore was fantastic! After a flat tyre and using MINI Assist, I was taken to Group 1 Cambridge. Since I don't live nearby & needed to get to work, I was worried about getting home. When I returned, Sarah ensured I had a new tyre ready by 4pm!

Sarah is brilliant as are service team. BMW computer tried to charge £380 for an oil change & micro filter. Eventually Sarah sorted it out at £210. I did online check in & selected 1 litre of oil @ £19.99 but invoice was £29.99! Sarah sorted it again
